I love it when my Mom sends me books!! The just popped into my mailbox today. Going to teach my baby some things.

Island babies SWIM!!

We are very blessed to live in an apartment building that has a salt water pool. It is part of her daily routine to go to swim. We really take advantage of the hot tub at night because it really helps wear her out for the night. I'm so proud of my little water baby!

1st Halloween

I can't even begin to talk about the craziness that happened this weekend with our family! It was really rough as my man had saved another person's life which is only the positive part of it. I'm doing my best to help my man recover from the dramatic situation. I have to thank my man for taking care of Beautiful so I could finish the last touches of my outfit. It took two days to do the ruffling on the skirt. My mom sewed the whole complex dress. I just ruffled it and did the Lakers Logo. Proud to say I love it!!
I love my baby's Minnie Mouse Outfit!! We had so much just me and her trick or treating. I didn't want to let her go running every where so she sat in her stroller with her candy bucket on her lap sucking on a Tootsie Roll. I would push her up to every house, up and down drive ways and streets in my 4 inch heels! I do this all for her. She may never remember her 1st Halloween, but she will always know that Mommy did it because I loved her.
It's too bad she isn't allowed to eat the candy!

Mama & Wifey

Being a mom, I feel like I always have to be on top of everything. The cleaning, cooking, laundry, grocery shopping, managing finances, (that's just taking care of the house) then add showing love, teaching values, reading, singing, playing (that's just taking care of the kids) then add listening, talking, touching, loving, kissing, massaging, supporting (that's just taking care of your man) and hoping to get time to yourself.

Sometimes my baby won't go to anybody but me and doesn't let me put her down. She cries and throws her body everywhere until I pick her up and calm her down.
Sometimes my man wants me to stop browsing on the computer so I can spend time with him even though I haven't had any time to myself.

But you know what? I'm grateful for my life. I am proud to have a loving man that openly says "We have a good family." I'm proud to have a daughter that is happy 80% of the time when she isn't tired. I can't complain.
I will soon be joining all the mothers that work full time to help support their family. And when I start, I won't be there to share those precious moments I have had with my little family. Time will be more precious and more valuable to me. I'm happy to have been blessed to spend all these months at home with my daughter and watch her grow. And to help my man and support him the best way I could.
I'm happy.

Wow!! You walking!!

I'm so proud of my baby! She walking everywhere!! I can barely keep up with her!! She understands when I talk to her. Sometimes I feel that she is a a big girl.
